While you are driving, you perhaps keep yawning after miles of tepid sand and rolling mountains, suddenly comes across a dazzling array of lights, buildings, traffic – it is just enough to make one spill your big gulp. The air passengers, stretching and yawning, just stroll through the jet walkway and into more of the same, certainly, there are some sitting by the window, but to be precise, bumpy descent into the McCarran airport is just not the same as putting in 5 more hours of lonely desert drive time.

Now that you have reached, let’s just hope it is not in summers. If it is, it is imperative that you go through a list of things you could so while its scorching hot outside. Indeed, staying inside the cool casinos’ is the most convenient answer here but you will find it quickly wilting within the next few hours. So what option do you have when you have to discover the Vegas in summers!

The Pools

It is a desert, so pools surely make a lot of sense. And as it is Las Vegas, no one does the pools better. Just relax yourself and soak in the sun rays as you receive the best and luxurious services. This is one great approach to enjoy a hot summer day in Vegas.

Golfing

You may consider golfing. Get your tee time early before sunrise, as this is the only practical approach to getting in 9 holes. Those that opt for full rounds may consider trying for some more expensive options. These courses offer you carts with umbrellas, H2O misters, and drink laden spots to take breaks through the day. Ironically, performing a full round on a hot day will take twice as long as it would do on a cool one. Hence, pack and wear light, bright colored clothes.

Las Vegas Off Road

You must plan your trip for either early in the day or later by the afternoon, but nothing really beats a face full of dust while you are on your Las Vegas Off Road quest riding a 4×4 jeep or an ATV. There are several day trips that you may consider just outside the Vegas and is one great way to see the desert, particularly if you have flown in.

Try The Helicopter Ride

One great way to not only see the desert and the Strip but the Grand Canyon is just a few short air miles away!
